TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRIVATE EVENTS

• A deposit of half of the price of your party will be due upon booking. The entirety of the party must be paid for 1 month in advance of the party date.

• Each guest will be required to sign a waiver as they enter the space. The waiver will be available prior to the party if guests wish to sign in advance.

• Our space is shoe free. Please let your guests know about this policy in advance of the party.

• Our party room is set up for children (child size table and chairs). We will have some chairs available for adults in the party room and in the playspace.

• You may bring in your own food and beverages (including beer and wine). Please reach out to Beehive for local recommendations for cakes and party foods.

• Our main stroller parking area is outside of our stairwell, along the fence. There is some stroller parking inside of Bok, but we encourage visitors to use the main stairwell by the Bok blocks whenever possible.

• You will have 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to clean up your party. There will be a Beehive staff member there to assist you.

• Beehive welcomes outside decorations with prior approval. Decorations must be able to be put up and taken down within the 30 minute window.
