Deposit and Cancellation Policy
25% non-refundable deposit required upon booking.
We are working on being really clear about our cancellation policy for all of our programs. We know it is early to book aftercare for next year. If you book and your plans change, you can cancel and receive a refund prior to June 1st. After that, as we will have likely turned other folks away and hired staff to serve schools, we will not be able to provide a refund of the deposit. We require a 25% deposit to hold your spot for any aftercare program.
