What: Each week, fellow Mom and ICF-certified evidence-based coach Coral Edwards will guide the group through an exploratory exercise and supportive discussion aimed to help facilitate compassionate growth through inquiry, support, and evidence-based coaching models.
There will be a new topic each week. Examples include navigating the transition back to work, developing processes at home and at work to help optimize daily transitions, exploring, setting, and implementing boundaries, and more!
Who: This group is intended for Moms+ ready for growth, evolution, and/or improvement in their lives. We’ve all struggled with juggling too many plates, too many priorities, and too many needs. Our goal in this offering is to cultivate a safe and supportive, curious and courageous community of moms who are ready to get vulnerable, learn and try new things, experience self-growth, and support fellow moms+ joining them.
Why: As we mentioned, Coral is a mom herself. After having two children and returning to work, she felt completely lost and directionless — her identity had shattered, and she didn’t know who she was anymore. Over the years, she picked up the pieces and created a new vision for her life, identity, and purpose. Now she’s on a mission to help moms and primary caregivers navigate their own journeys, for a more fulfilling and authentic path forward — because we can’t make these changes alone.
