Getting to beehive

Where can I park at Beehive?

Street parking is available all around the Bok Building and in the surrounding neighborhood. Beehive does not have a parking lot. We recommend taking public transportation, walking or biking to Beehive!

Where do I leave my stroller when traveling to Beehive?

Stroller parking is located directly outside of our stairwell, right along the fence. We even put a cute little sign there so you can find it! We have locks to borrow if you need one.

If the weather is not so good or if you need to bring your stroller in for a different reason, simply enter through the Bok entrance on Mifflin Street. You will use the intercom system to call us and we will ring you in. The take the elevator near the front desk to the basement.

Visiting our space

What is Beehive’s shoe policy?

To help keep our space clean and safe, we ask that our guests take their shoes off at the door. We have cubbies and lockers (old school building, get it!) available to store your things.

Can grandparents/ nanny/ friend use my membership?

Sure thing! Memberships travel with the kids, so just give the name/ email of the member at the front desk.

What age range does Beehive serve?

Beehive’s playspace is designed for children birth to age 6. Our classes range from ages birth to age 8 and our parties are most suited for those 1 year to 5 years old. However, older siblings are always welcome.

What is Beehive’s food policy?

We ask our guests to eat in our small snack area. Beehive is sensitive to those with allergies and as such we have disinfectant wipes available to clean your hands and toys as needed.

Beehive does not sell any snacks- but Two Persons Coffee does and it’s right upstairs!

How does a drop-in pass work? How about the before/ after class pass?

You can drop-in any day that the play space is open and come and go as you please for that day! If you are coming to Beehive for a class or playgroup, you can play before or after the class for $5 for the family.
