Covid-19 Safety and Procedures

General information

• For the safety of our staff and our guests, we will have only unstaffed private play and events at Beehive. A Beehive staff member will open the doors for the group and will be on call if any needs arise during your rental.

• Beehive has over 2000 sf in the Bok building

• Masks are required for all adults and children over the age of 2.

• Of course, please stay home if you or any family members are sick.

Hive LEarning and Camp

• Beehive staff and students will have temperature checks and complete a COVID questionnaire before entering the space each morning

• All teachers, staff members and campers 5+ will be required to be vaccinated

• Masks must be worn by all staff and students for the duration of their day at Beehive

• Social distancing of 6+ feet will be required at all times

Air Quality

Beehive has purchased 2 medical grade air purifiers, one for the small classroom and one for the main playspace.  The medical-grade, HEPA air purifiers that are proven to clean the air of 95% of pollutants, including viruses up to 0.1 microns. 

Cleaning

Beehive’s space and toys will be cleaned and disinfected using CDC approved disinfectant before and after each private play session.   Additionally, professional cleaners clean our space several times a week using CDC approved COVID fog spray.

Hygiene

• All staff and guests will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entry.  

• Frequent staff and guest hand washing will be required throughout the day
